American Airlines and the Ann Taylor stores have teamed up for several years to provide CD packages that are sold in the Ann Taylor stores to benefit the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Their challenge to us was to create a custom package suitable for the high-quality Ann Taylor stores that would appeal to Ann Taylor customers. The package needed to convey dignity and sensitivity to the subject matter. All at a low cost that would generate maximum proceeds to benefit the charity.
The solution was a custom compilation of popular female recording artists, packaged in a soft pink CD wallet and slip cover. Included were a breast cancer self-examination information card and two travel awards coupons. We built the package from special paper stock selected to have a warm and inviting feel but still carry the soft visual images clearly, used heavier matching stock with a protective coating for the self-examination card, and added spot varnish to facilitate writing on the coupons. All at a cost less than the original budget.

Credit Lyonnaise wanted a strong image piece to launch a new suite of financial products, and convey their worldwide reach. The solution was a 3-CD set drawing from our World Music collection. We created a unique three-pocket folder with a slip-case to hold the CDs, produced it with outstanding artwork created by their London agency, and matched the art's brilliant colors with florescent inks on the labels of Serengeti Seasons, Asian Crossroads and Salsa Prima. The result is a stunning image piece that stands out from the competition.

How do you make physicians and other members of the medical community aware of a new drug and get important information in their hands? More importantly, how do you get these busy people to read it?
Celltech Pharmaceuticals decided to take a playful approach for its new ADHD drug Metadate, selecting four CDs for a series of mailings, and creating attention-getting artwork and copy tied to each CD title. An illustration of a star-studded premiere complete with searchlight beams declared that "A new CD is About to Take the Spotlight" on the Broadway Showstoppers CD. Similar art and copy tie-ins were created for Contemporary Classics, Country Connections, and Unforgettable.
We added an extra two-sided panel to our standard greeting card to create additional space to highlight information for physicians, and inserted their Product Information sheet in each folder to create an attention getting, informative series of self-mailers.

Although our Private Label CDs are designed to give you exceptionally high perceived value compared to their actual cost, sometime you want a more expensive gift. When the six Washington DC Marriott Hotels wanted to create a high-end VIP gift, they utilized a four-CD set to create higher value while retaining the advantages music CDs offer over other promotional items.
The Marriott marketers selected Stompin' At The Savoy, Andrew Lloyd Webber's Greatest Hits, Classical Treasures and The Greatest Hits of the 60s to create Capitol Treasures, a collection that appeals to a broad upscale audience. Our artwork was replaced with postcard quality shots of the Washington Monument, Jefferson Memorial, Capitol Building and White House to create a photo album of the nation's capitol, and packaged in a 4-CD jewel case with matching art. The resulting image piece always evokes thanks and positive comments and is sure to be "treasured" for years to come.
