$60 setup fee. Company name or logo printed on cover booklet, logo and custom message printed on inside cover. Orders up to 1,000 units usually ship within seven working days from art approval. Larger orders require additional time. Shipping not included.

You can add your logo to the full color disc for an additional $100. A minimum order of 1000 CDs and additional production time is required for this option.
